The service
Xorce AI designs and develops custom websites. You take part in a guided choice of style, pages, and sections. Xorce AI handles the build, delivery, and final setup.
How the work goes
- You select a visual style, a page count, and the sections.
- Xorce AI builds the site for that brief.
- You receive a site you can edit from an admin panel.
- Delivery time depends on how complex the project is.
Your responsibilities
- Give us information that is true and complete.
- Deliver copy, images, and materials on the agreed schedule.
- Review and approve the project at the stages we mark.
Xorce AI responsibilities
- Build the site to the agreed spec.
- Deliver a working, editable site.
- Support you for the period covered by the package you hired.
Intellectual property
Once the project is paid in full, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the delivered site, including its design, structure, and custom content.
You own the specific content made for the project: text, images you provided or that were made for you, and the final visual design of the site.
Xorce AI keeps the rights to the base code, frameworks, reusable components, templates, sections, and methods it can use again on other projects.
Xorce AI may show the site in its portfolio, case studies, and promotional material, unless you ask otherwise in writing.
You confirm you have the rights to the text, images, logos, and video you provide. You are responsible for third-party claims about that material.
The site may include third-party fonts, icons, stock, plugins, or libraries, under their owners' licenses. We tell you if a use restriction applies.
New work after final delivery belongs to Xorce AI, unless a written agreement says otherwise.
If the project is cancelled before it is finished, Xorce AI keeps the rights to the work done up to that date. You may not use, copy, or distribute it without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Xorce AI is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or indirect damages from use of the site. The service is provided as is.
Changes
Xorce AI may update these terms. Changes are posted on this site.

Refunds and warranty
Every project needs the deposit for the plan you chose before work starts: Presence $150, Studio $490, Company $900 (USD).
If you cancel before we start the work, the deposit is refunded in full.
Non-refundable once the project has started.
We activate the project within 2 business days after receiving the deposit and your material.
The balance is billed with one Stripe invoice per project, emailed to you when the site is live.
No refund for design dissatisfaction after you have approved the project.
A 30-day warranty after delivery covers minor technical bugs only. Design or content changes outside the original scope are extra.
Any change, update, or new build after final delivery is quoted separately.
If you do not reply or do not provide what we need for more than 30 days, the project may be closed with no refund.

Important definitions
ICP (Internet Computer) is the network where your site lives. Instead of renting hosting month to month, the site sits on a distributed network of computers. There is no recurring hosting bill, no server that goes dark because a subscription lapsed, and no third party holding the site. Once built, as long as the canister has cycles, it stays online and it's yours.
A canister is the container for the site — content and logic — on ICP. It is a self-running home for your pages, editable content, admin panel, and forms. It does not depend on an outside server that can bill you extra or fail because a subscription ended.
ICP Hosting replaces traditional hosting. The site is deployed on the Internet Computer, with no monthly fee. You pay for the build, not rent to keep it alive. As long as the canister has cycles, it stays online and it's yours; it is also editable from the panel and built to last. With Ownership Transfer ($149, one time) you become your canister's sole controller; included with Company.
Cycles / Fuel
Fuel (cycles)
A canister uses cycles to store and update your site; visits are free.
- Every plan includes hosting on your site's own canister, with 10T cycles included. No monthly rent.
- Ownership Transfer ($149, one time): Xorce pays for cycles until the transfer and you receive the canister with its 10T; you become the sole controller and, if you want, Xorce keeps an optional permission that you can revoke at any time. Included with Company, with a 25T reserve on top of the 10T (35T in total). If cycles drop below the minimum, the site freezes and stops responding; if they reach zero, the network deletes the canister's code and data (that's why you get the ZIP). Top up before they run out.
